Founded by Alex E. Glassman, a commercial litigator and trusted general counsel, the firm is dedicated to meeting its client’s ongoing legal needs with responsiveness, clarity, and strategic execution.
Alex is a graduate of Penn State University and earned his J.D. cum laude from Rutgers Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. Upon graduation, he clerked in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Bergen County.
Since then, Alex has handled complex commercial litigation in state and federal court, as well as arbitration forums, and advised on a range of corporate matters. He is licensed in Florida, New Jersey, and New York.
